Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir in one case u/s. 409.. accused cashier misplaced gold packet when charge was at him..now charge shifted to another accused bank manager..then gold packet counting was held and it was noticed that one packet is mis placed..then regional bank manager made enquiry to both the accused cashier and bank manager.. when the packet was mis placed the charge was at cashier and hence he himself admitted his offence and got ready to pay the amount of that misplaced gold packet Rs. 6,30,000/- ..accordingly he paid Rs. 5,00,000/- cash and promised to pay remaining amount and give him time for paying that remaining amount..and also executed bond on which he admitted his guilt and expressed about paying amount of Rs. 500000/- towards it... this bond was executed in the presence of that regional bank manager and still he registered FIR against both cashier and bank manager , where there was no any part of bank manager but still he was arrested and cashier is absconded
so i want to ask sir to proove bank manager's innocence we require that executed bond on which cashier admitted his guilt..but bank manager has no certifide copy of bond...
1. so my question is how to get that bond copy.. can we get it from RTI ?

You may either try RTI or apply to the court for issuance of summons to produce document.
