Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
A case has been registered against my cousin under ipc 326 ,due to his involvement in beating a persons.police is searching him how can i get a bail for him .we have also registered a case against the party under ipc 324.please guide me.

Instead of avoiding the police, he may better appear before the authorities and pursue his cross-case against the opposite party. He may apply to the court for bail after he is taken into custody.
