Sir, Please, tell me
1)In a case of sexual abuse, whether collection of the blood sample of a suspect instead of his semen sample for its analysis or matching with the semen stains found on the body of victim is permissible in law.
2)whether the analytical results of the semen and blood of the same donor are similar.
