Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir what if the complaint lodged against a Communalist public speaker under section 153A and 295A of IPC, after fake investigation get B Reported�..? (the sections are non-bailable and cognizable)� Please guide us to take steps to object the B Report with suitable legal context and citations. And further Please guide us how should we take action against such Communalist approaching Human Rights Commission and High Courts...?
