Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir please tell me that what are the consequences If accused forged someones signature with intent to cheating and after complaint of victim in police as well as in court he takes false plea that signature is faked by victim ............ And cheater also filed a cross complaint that signature is faked by victim..
Plz tell me the consequences of this false plea of accused............. Where contarary accused is trying to involve and harass to victim from his false case ? He is also trying to pressurised and compel to victim for withdrawal of victim case.

As his complaint is an afterthought, let the investigation/inquiry be completed by Police, the truth will prevail. Do not withdraw the complaint.
