Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir i am in delhi. and my family is in u.p.i want to marry a girl .she is living in delhi and belongs to lucknow ,u.p.and she also wants to marry me.now her family is giving threat calls related to physical assault to my family in barabanki that they will kill me etc.now what i should do legally.can i file an FIR in delhi against them? do i require any proof for this? if required police can check phone records of my home? pls help..
