Sir, I am an employee, I was acquitted, the CBI informed that they appealing against the acquittal in high court, my department stopped arrears of suspension period till the outcome of appeal, con't I get my arrears before outcome of appeal

No , you will not get arrears of your suspension period. What if you are convicted by the Appellate court.
