Sir,

I am falseley implicated in a case, police seized my mobile and sent to forensic lab.

now forensic report came and nothing is, my againts in forensic report.... there is no evidence/proof in forensic report against me......

FIR lodged against me before one year, till date summoned not issued me by court...

no advocate service I am using in that case....

I want to release my mobile phone from police because forensic report has been came...

kindly tell me the process for release of my mobile.. I will be obliged

You may approach the High Court for quashing of F.I.R. You may also approach the local trial court for a direction to release your mobile.

File an application before the concerned court for release of your mobile phone on superdari.
