Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir i have filed 498a ,dvc on my husband he filed op seeking divorce & 465 ,467,468,469,471 120b 34ipc on me &my family members regarding a letter filed by us in dvc about dowry &they got a lab report in favour of them that the letter is fourged . now we came to an understanding &wrote MOU to withdraw all cases which are pending as per the MOU i have withdrawn dvc, &filed compramise memo in op &obtined divorce only 498a by me &465 etc by them are pending they are not coparating to withdraw the cases now please let me know weather the MOU will help me are not to get out of the matter thanks & regards
