Sir, I have filed FIR on !3th apr 2009. The FIR is under section 406,498 A, 506(i).Till now the cops haven't called for enuiry nor they have filed the charge sheet.My inlaws family ecxept my husband all have got AB.in April 15 th. My husband lives in US. What do i need to do to make them file charge sheet.How do i block my husband in getting AB befire he arrives INDIA. I live in INdia along with my son. My hubby is a greencard holder. Shall i Intimate to Embassy that a Fir has been filed in his name. Will it be of any helpful to me.

first, you decide whether there are any chances of reconciliaton, if not, you may approach the embassy and file a complaint after the court issues Non Bailable Warrants against your husband. it is not difficult to call him back to india in case your husband is an indian citizen and has not acquired US citizenship yet.

For speedy investigation and report of investigation, approach concerned magistrate.
You can not insist for arrest or block somebody from applying for anticipatory bail.
You can stop him by hiring an effecient lawyer and with your plea. Secondly if your husband is a green card holder then you have to file an application before court only then court will send notice and apply red corner to your husband.
