Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir my husband said he will pay me the maintainance bt he dont pick the ph of women cell asi who is handling our case.now wt should i do how i can demand for elemony now and can any case is register against his parents his brothers and his sister.if there is no response in women cell how i should give them punishment they dont pick my call. they are making excuse and not ready to give anything.

for maintenance, you may file a petition u/s 125 of crpc or file a petition u/s 18 of HMA. alimony is paid at the time of divorce and till the relationship is existing, you may seek maintenance from your husband.

I would suggest to file a petition under the Domestic violence Act and u/s 23 of the said act you would be entitled to get interim maintenance etc from your husband quickly and easily.
