If a person arrested and not given bail, then police have to submit charge sheet or final report within 60/90 days (in your case it will be 90 days).

If police or investigating agency fails to submit charge sheet within prescribed period, then you would be entitled to bail as of right.

If police submits charge sheet within prescribed period, you would be entitled to file fresh bail application to be decided on merits.

If you don't get bail even after submission of charge sheet, your case will be heard and decided expeditiously.
