Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir ,
I have issued three cheques...they have deposited in may where i one cheque has lapsed/ expired and other two got bounced.
Now i got a lawyer letter asking for the payment of all three cheque.
can i pay the two cheue amount and close the issues or iam legally need to pay all the three cheque ?

An action can not be initiated on the basis of a time barred cheque.
Consult your lawyer for a suitable reply and payment of legally enforceable amount of cheques.
