Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir if any lady filed an offence u/s. 498 a ipc against her husband and in laws.. then during the proceeding can she marry any one else..? and if she can marry then what will be the effect of her marriage pn 498 a case..? will that case proceed even after her marriage or stop..

Not without divorce. After divorce even if she marries than it will not affect 498a case
