Sir,

Muje bailable section m summons hve the 1st date p maine court m paish hoke urgent bail le li, 2nd date p mere vakeel shab ki tabyat kharab thi , case adjorned ho gaya, Case charge p arguement ke liye laga hai. I am not prepare for arhuements and questions of court. kya mai iss date pe bina vakeel sahab ko le jaye yeh keh sakta hu ke maine charge sheet nahi padi due to my illness. therefore I request to this honble court kindly give me some more time for arguements of chargesheet.

Presently you do not have any Lawyer ?

Ask your lawyer to argue about what ever you want to say ?

If, you have a lawyer, he will arrange for a copy of charge sheet.

What is the time period between above said two dates?

We do not recommend such arguments for adjournment as it is not a civil matter and accuse must take it seriously.
