You must receive notice/summons from the court and must fail to appear in the court and then NBW (non bailable warrant)will be issued. You can get it cancelled from the court so don't worry.

Normally, summons is issued at the fist instance. However, Court can also issue NBW in a matter u/s.420, 406 IPC.

Don't get panicked, maybe you have given a cheque and it has bounced.
Now the opposite party seems to have failed in giving notice to you within the prescribed time of 30 days, hence he has filed a complaint u/s 420 of I.P.C. and 406 which criminal breach of trust.
You have to get a lawyer and should file bail application. Thereafter trial starts. If you know the opposite party and you are due to him then you can compromise with him and close the case.
