Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

thanx sir,

the occupant in my house, he says, he has brough the house, thts all the answer i got by him. i asked him from whom and when did u brought the house ? no answer , since 2001 my dad never been to mumbai, and he died in 2002, the occupant is not ready to show me the agreements, or even the co-operative hosing society. how do i get the correct information from society or some place else?

the society got the renewation through slum rehabiliation authority, mhada. from there with r.t.i. i got annexture 2. which shows my fathers name on it.

the proofs only i have with me on papers are the annexture 2 and maintenence slip of 2002 from society, do i need some more documents ? if yes then from whre i can get the duplicate copies of documents ? and which are the documents are requiered?
