Sir,
Some people entering my land stooped my cyultivation that time I will protect my self and attack that people. I ready to take anticipatory bail from the court. How to get the anttciptory bail?

You may apply for anticipatory before the court of District & Sessions Judge of your area. It may be better to seek help of a local lawyer for pursuing your remedy.

One has to apply to the Sessions Court or High Court under section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
