Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir one person is arrested u/s. 409 ipc acctually he is not guilty fo that offence other accused has admitted his guilt and accordingly he executed registered bond and paid amount also but still offence is registered against both of them and real guilty person is absconded and innocent is arrested so to prove his innocence i required that bond copy.. but complainant party is not giving that bond .. so can i get it under RTI...? or suggest me how to get it..?
