Sir pls advice me
in harayana what is the procedure to arrest a 498a accused (husband and all his relatives)
i heard that after fir is written still permission of acp is required to arrest husband and for hs relatives permission of dcp is required
my lawyer still not applied for a/b for me
fir was written 15 days back by court order
i get married on july 2010 my wife left me after one month of marriage in aug 2010. she filed complaint in women cell in july 2011 in which no action is taken
then she filed divorce which i am fighting then she approch court to register a 498a case against me and my family .
now case is register .still we didnt get a/b
police is calling us to meet for investigation
i heard that police have to give notice of appearance to accused to participation in investigation.is it is true
pls advice me what step i have to take to prove myself innocent
