Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir, I am an practicing advocate. When I was working in my senior office, one Papanna has lodged a complaint against me and my senior, notary and P.A.holder alleging that my senior has done fraudulent thing by creating GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY in the name of P.A.Holder and grabbed the amount. In that case, the complainant alleged that my senior has taken my assistance in preparing G.P.A. and the signatures are forged by me. In fact, I am innocent and I cannot forged the signatures of complainant. In the F.S.L.report, that stated that 'THE QUESTIONED SIGNATURES ARE FORGED ONE AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SAY THE AUTHORSHIP OF THE DOCUMENT SINCE THE SAME IS FORGED BY IMITATING PROCESS. On that report, police have filed 'B' report. The complainant protested the same and the court has registered the case against me, my senior, notary and other purchases. now what is my fate and what I will do now ? My senior nor notary nor P.A. Holder have not given any statment against me. Now the P.A.Holder is died. How I will proceed sir, please suggest me. I am poor and I am working as a junior in my senior office for a daily fee of Rs. 100-00. Due to this case, i have lost my peace of mind and having no other go, I approached your goodself senior advocate. Please suggest me.

as per the CFSL report, it cannot be ascertained that who forged the signatures, so you may be afforded benefit of doubt. can it be proved that the misappropriated amount went in the account of you and your senior?
