Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir i purchased a property through sale deed and seller sold after free hold from l&DO on the behalf of registered will in his own name and mutated with convence deed from l&do but after taken possession by us we file building sanction plan but there was some people come and file objection letter that they are legal heir of this property and seller could not show them name in affidavit then we find out that the seller not show other legal heir's name in affidavit but the seller could not agree for that no requirment mention in affidavit other legal heir name and no requirment for NOC from other legal heir's and also the seller show that the deceased / his father leave behind his death heir's, son's, daughter's, widow, grand son's, grand daughter's and following serving legal heir are following detail and mention his own name in serviving legal heir but not show other servivinng legal heir , we ask for then he said acording will we are legal heir not other heir name so why i write in affidavit , so in case what can i do for that is the cheating case 420 with us?
