Sir,
I put a private complaint for tresspassing my land, the police officer put wrong report into court and case is closed.Now i can go appeal in a higher court or not?

If the court has dismissed your case then you have a remedy available under the law to file an appeal against the order.

What do you mean by Wrong Report ?

Whereas, in general, if case is dismissed due to the wrong report, you can file a Appeal.
