Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir if pwdv act 2005 is quasi criminal then is it bailable or nonbailable offence if complaint made under this act.. can magistrate issue arrest warrent under this act.. or just issue a summons to accused

Only summons are issued at first instance and no need to procure bail unless the order passed by DV court is violated.

For example, even in a proceeding under section 125 Cr.P.C. a Magistrate may issue a warrant.
