Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir I want to ask one question..whether media ( Local News Channel ) has any right to survay the matters running in CAWC and to visit the home of husband party whose matter is not disposed of and to shoot out their opinion..?or tell me the exact roll of media in CAWC matters..?what is their authority and uder which provision it comes..?and under whose order they can do this..?
