Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir we were raw milk providers to dairy they had charged us under sec 420, 418, 408,109, 120 B,34. the matter happened in 2004 and fir was on date 22-08-2008. they did not give us any payment at regular intervals but still charged on us five of us of near about 40 lakhs .they had contracted with us to give us extra amount rather than regular rate and then filled case of recovery of that amount. thete was not a written contract .
