Sir can you tell me about section 323,506b..one of my relative was arrestion in that section...

sec. 323 is bailable and is regarding a simple hurt and sec. 506 b stands for criminal intimidation where the accused has threatened the complainant for his life. 506b is non bailable and your relative has to seek bail from court.
