Sir,
If the semen stains are found on the body of the rape victim and the suspect person is apprehended and the blood sample of the suspect is collected. Please opine
A) Can it be established whether the semen stains are of the suspect or otherwise?
B) If Yes, then what is the procedure for it?

FSL may not able to test Semen from Blood Sample.
