i am sending this mail on behalf of my my father for a help and ur valuble guidence.my father with twin brother and 2 elder sister.1 st brother retired from tamil nadushe bought a land with her own money on 03-06-1980.and she bulit her own house and she lived there.she remained a spinster.according to her own free will with out the interference orinducement of any third parties she execute her last registered will on 04-09-1993.in that same

registered will she has appoint my father as a executor of that will. she bequeathed all her movable and in movable properties to other young brother .in that registered will she says with names,she not bequeathed any of her properties to her sisters .she was expired on 13-11-1998.in that building govt school funcioning as tenant.after live time of him .for geting a rent edu department ask affidavit cum indemnity bond from young brother.so all brothers and sister executed notary affidavit cum indemnity bond on 21-10-2002.bond has been hand over to edeu department of india.and validity on the affidavit cum indemnity bond has been verified from govt pleader on 25-11-2002.

that affidavit cum indemnity bond states all brother and sister all are knows

that first brother voluntarily executed a registered will dated on 04-09-1993.in respect of the above said property

in favour of younger brother bequething the same in a sound disposing state of mind with out any inducement or interence by any one .and they know that was exeuted the said will in favour young brother who is the only legal heir of deceased entitled to get the estate of the deceased i.e the above said property.they all and my father are splemnly affirmed and signed before notary.

that side young brother is residending in usa.so take care of builting ,to pay the taxes and geting a rent.young brother with his free will he execte registered power of attorney in favour of my father on 23-09-2002.that registered power of attorney is still live.after hand over the affidavit cum indemnitybond and power of attorney,edu dept of india pay the all arrears rent period to my father.

in that time young brother as per his own will and love.he execute a registered gift deed in favour of myfather .after that all payable taxes is in the name of and my father and his young brother

after more then ten years later my father sisters sending a legal notice to edu department of india on 2-09- 2011. that legal notice states after death of their brother were inherited the demised buliding as her legal heirs,and there was a oral partition between their brothers in 2000.in that partition the ground floor was allotted to them and first floor was allotted to brother.so school is funtioning in their building so stop paying rent to brothers edu dept of india enclosed that copy of lawar notice and send to my father.

my father with all answer and legal document.he send a reaply to edu department in register post on.after all querys and examing all legal document by govt lawyers.edu dept of india dismissed the legal notice sent by his sisters.edu dept of india executed new order on 2012.that order states pay all arrears rent to my father and that order also states landlord of the post office building is my father .

still his sister are doing lot of crimal thing to get that property.they all ready did lot of crimal things against my father and his brother.they lie and try to chet govt dept also.so my father like to take

a crimal action agaist then to save that above property.so we request you to help take a crimal agaist them and

guid as which crimal act we can take crimal action agaist them. kindley help and guid as to save our legal property.

1.d. registered will has two witnessess.the 2 nd witnesses is the husband of one sister.

2.notary affidavit cum indemnty bond has two witnesses. 1 st witnesses is person who signed on registered will and husband of one of the sister

2 st witnesses .he is the son of other sister.

3. legal notice states oral partition happen in the year of 2000. but affidavit cum indemnty bond exected on 2002.

4.validity of affidavit cum indemnty bond verified by government pleadar is 2002.
