Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir my someone stole my laptop from inside my room while i was sleeping, and delhi cyber cell is refusing to lodge a complain, i have already completed the procedures with the local police , doesn,t it act 2008 sec 66b consider laptop theft as a crime, what to do? help me .

File a written complaint to the DCP Cyber cell Mandir Marg. Since the application of section 66B is set in motion they are bound to accept the complaint as it is akin to section 411 IPC. In case they dont accept, then file through a counsel. To know us better please click on the link below:
