sir i want to surrender to police in 498a case

sir pls advice me what action policw take after my surrender

at what time i surrender to police so that they produce me infront of court

how many days i have to remain in judical custody

my case in faridabad court

do i get regular bail after surrender

If an accused is wanted in a cognisable case, police will arrest him/her on surrender. Within 24 hours from arrest, he/she is required to be produced before the Magistrate. Grant of bail depends on various factors.
