hi ,,, sir thank u for support but she is not ready to settle this case out of court ,, my father already told her father i'll give u all expense like 2 lack,, but she told me.. i need 8 lack.Rs to resolve this matter . now i m a student in second year ,,and she also filed ,,125 IPC against ,,me .. what goonaa happen with me.. i have no job .. plz suggest me ..kya karu,, ki Rs kam dene ko aaye ,, tell me i had already taken a bail .. in court ,, when she filed a 498/494 but 5 sep. is first date ,, hain ,, court ,main date.. ki . kya karo.. ab main ..mujhe bachaa,, mere pass koi rasta nahi hain.... what happen with me ..on first Date...? and ...

DON'T WORRY nothing going 2 happen on 1st date court will take its own time yet charge sheet is not filed by police,and in 125 Cr,p.c. application u should reply by stating all the fact.

in case your father is ready to pay 2 lacs, then even if you have to pay 1500 per month, your father can support you in this. in the meantime, fight the case and win it.

but one thing is there - the court will not compel to pay if you can show that you are a full time student and you have no source of income.
