Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir my wife booked 498a agnst me n my family and that time i was on job contract in dubai. she came with police n took all her belongings n signed on punchnama.
after 2 years of all this i finished my contract n returned india. i had left my bike at her home and my big tv n clothes n washing machine worth 30k. still case is going on.
how can i claim my berlongings.... on asking my wife family members say they burnt bike.
i want to give complaint on thm regarding my belongings, please help me in this regards.
