Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir if a woman has registered complaint in CAWC and on this basis if CAWC gave a notice by telephonic message and asked husband party to remain present before CAWC to answer for that complaint but didn't give the copy of that complaint even after the husband party demanded for it... so i want to ask - whether CAWC is bound to serve the copy of complaint made by woman to husband party ?
