Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir
Few persons belonging to our village damaged the fence and gate structure in our garden( eye witness is their). This incident happened since they were annoyed with us for filing a suit against them in another case for illegally grabbing govt wasteland in the same village . We have made a complaint with the local police station and no use. Therefore I filed a civil suit in the Dist Munsif court for claiming damages. Now can a further file a criminal case against them in the same court for causing damage and trespass.

You can file a criminal case also, subject to law of limitation.
