You may want to engage a lawyer for filing a civil suit for partition and possession of the properties falling in your share.
how can your brother transfer all the properties in his name. was there any will that was left by your father and mother in his name. what is the nature of properties. are they joint or self acquired by your parents. in any case, you need to file a suit for partition and seek injunction against your brother restraining him disposing off properties and cancellation of title documents in his favour.
Sir, looks like you have woken up after you missed the train. You must find out the basis of their getting the transfer after the death of both parents. Your remedy lies not only in partition. If the basis is Will you need to check upon the authencity of the document.
File a suit for partition and engage any local lawyer he will guide you properly.
