sir,i filed a case u/s 376/417.i stated dat d guy took me 2 a hotel & had physical relation by promising me marry.i am having proof of staying at hotel.is dat sufficient evidence to proov d case?

has the FIR been lodged. see if the FIR can be sent as it would help you giving a better opinion.
Physical relation has to be established by the prosecution for which at the time of complaint, prosecution had a duty to get the medical examination completed for confirmation. Merely lodging in a hotel by itself would not constitute 376. In fact, stay in a hotel shows consent. So, one will have to go a step further that the consent was actuated by fraudulent assurance of marriage.
