Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello Sir,
I have lent 2 lakhs to one of my friends 6 months back.He is not returning the money now.I have the cheque transaction details as a proof for lending the money to him.In addition to this he gave me 2 cheques which got bounced last week.How do i proceed further on this case..? He keeps on postponing the dates for the last 2 months..Please advice on this.
