Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
I want to lodge a complaint against an Additional public prosecutor who is threatening us regarding a property issue.He is doing against the law and He says he can do any thing against us because he knows lot of police officers. The property is an anchestor property and my mother is a legal heir for the same.
