Sir,
I was married in 2003 and went to u.s with my husband and was back on 2007(my husabnd is in u.s right now)my in-laws house are in maudrai and my parents are in tirunelveli.we got married in madurai.MY in'laws and my husband are demanding for property.I wanted to file a case against my in-laws and my husband,were should i file the case?,can i file it in trinelveli(as iam staying with my parents) or should i file it in madurai?.Second is can i bring my husabnd back to india,if i can what will be the procedures?.thanks in advance

you can file the case at your place of residence. regarding your husband's deportation, serious allegations have to be proved for that....
(a) You may file a criminal complaint at the place where you are residing;
(b) After your complaint is registered, you may send certified copies to the concerned authorities in USA.
(c) The return of your husband will depend upon nature of his visa and also on several other factors.
