sir,i pledged my jewel in a schedule bank. after six months i went to the bank for retaining my jewel,but they said that the banks apricer misused some jewels in the bank and they told to wait for some days till apricer is caught , they not giving my jewel.how can get my jewel back.pls tell procedures sir!

its a serious offence. in case you have the receipts of the jewelry that you purchased, you may file a criminal case against the bank. however seek the advice of a local lawyer before filing the case.

You have also the option for filing of recovery case against the Bank in Civil Court. Or, a consumer complaint against the Bank
