Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,

I put private complaint through court one month back the police people say we raise the FIR the one week back and forwarded to the court, the police people can't call the defendents to the police station. I don't know at the time of FIR prepration take any signature of defendents or not?

1. When the defendents go to remand?

2.The police people say investigation is going on, maximum time for investgation for the police people?

3.Our Advocate says the police people chargesheet put in the court then defendents go to the remand is it correct?

4.I think after FIR the people within 24 hours attend in the court?

5. The police people at time of investigation chances are dispose my case?

sir I cannot understand the which side my case is going on? and the police people take lot of time for investgation how to protect my self

Arrest is not mandatory. Therefore, all the questions in that behalf are irrelevant.

What police will do is difficult to predict. However, after report of police is submitted to the court, the original complainant has right of protest and participate in the proceedings.
