Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
I put private complaint 10 days back against some people, the police can't book FIR today onwards.As per police/politicans advise those people put counter case, escape from their previous case.So what can i do?

u can file a compliant to station house officer under sec 154 (3) or to magistrate in court

As rightly advised by Ujala, you may file a criminal complaint in the court of Ilaqa Magistrate under Section 156 of the Criminal Procedure Code. You may better engage a local lawyer for pursuing your remedies.
