Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
SIR,
I want to submit viedo recording conversation of accused before court in said recording accused is using obscene, abusive language...
Is this necessary that all conversation is required in typing form of CD ?
If I submit only cd and if I did not submit conversation in typing form then IS this exceptable with application of bail cansilation ?

it is better to file a transcript of the same.
