Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
I suit private criminal complaint on 13-07-2011 and same day order forwaded to the conncerned police station. But cannot take any action upon my complaint today onwards. How many days take for FIR booking? any chances disposed my case? The police people divided my case what can i do?

If you are referring to an order of a Magistrate U/s.156(3) Cr.P.C., then the police are required to register the FIR forthwith.
