Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello Sir,
I was working in an web development company, they gave me salary in cheque 8550/- but this cheque has bounced, i would like to know that if i'll file a case that time how much i'll get..they get me out of my job without any notice..
actually i have launched my on website at a time of working in that company, that's why they dint give my salary of 2 months but i have only this cheque my total salary is 21000 which i want to get.. Can i file a case on them...

you can file two cases. one u/s 138 and second for recovery suit or you may approach the labour court.
