I would like to knew that legal clarification on the recent criminal action against a managing Director of a company due to CBI found Him as one of the beneficiary of 2G scam. if he will arrest by enforcement agency will it affect the company.

if the investigating agency finds that the benefit was in the capacity of director of the company, the agency may involve company. But if the benefit was restricted as an individual the company will have to be excluded.
