I undersigned Smt. Nayana Deepak Dalwani, was married to Shri Deepak Jessaram Dalwani on date 20/09/2010.I have filed for maintenance case under act 125 due to physically, Emotionally & mentally harassment for big amount of dowry in family court, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Case No is 238.

I BELIEVE IN JUSTICE OF INDIAN LAW. I WANT JUSTICE. I AM VERY PATRIOTIC & I BELIEVE IN STRICK & STRONG PRINCIPLES.I AM BELONG TO SIMPLE, COMMON & MIDEL CLASS FAMILY. I AM A UNEMPLOYED WOMAN.

I want to ask question that Is wife third person under RTI act 2005?(right to informantion)Because I requested to provide the detail of gross Income earned and Income tax paid by my husband Shri Deepak Jessaram Dalwani,but I got repliedfrom RTI that I am a third party so I could not know of my husband's Income. My Ask No is "278040313066196. Can I know My husband's income? Thank you.

Burden to prove income is upon the husband. You have to simply allege the income. Also give him a seperate notice to file his affidavit of income with pay slip and copy of I. Tax return for the last three years. If he fails to do so, the court will accept the salary you have alleged in the application

Income Tax Returns are regarded as personal information and copies under RTI can not be issued to anybody without consent of person who filed such returns.

However, you may apply to Court to issue summons to employer as well as income tax dept for production of necessary documents, if such documents are essential.
