Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir/mam me n my family have been charged by false 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 406. by my so called wife by creating a fabricated incident.i got married 3 1/2 year back and girl is with there parent for the last three years, which she has also accepted in her petition and moreover mydivorce petition is already pending.
I am a another victim of this biased, cruel act. and i assure everone and promise to my god that i will not sit ideal till i prove in court that all this has been fabricated against me n my family. whole of my life will have only one motive to make them realize that its not so easy to create prob. by using such stupid act.

it is good to know that you intend to fight the odds and prove your wife wrong as she file a false and fabricated case against you. you may rebut the allegations made by her in her f.i.r.
