Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
my cheque book and account both are used by my cousin brothers.
due to some disputes they submitted a cheque to the bank with amount of rs.2,50,000 but it ws bounced back and they admitted a case against me.
bt all the way i wnt to say that the handwriting was not mine in that cheque
and not on a single cheque. so what could be the decision
